We are looking for an experienced land manager for a municipal land and development unit. You will provide support in ongoing work and contribute with expertise in land management, contracts, and management of buildings and premises. The assignment is broad and includes both operational efforts and advisory work, where you will collaborate with various functions within the organization.

• Negotiate and establish contracts related to the purchase and sale of land.
• Develop and manage land allocation agreements and lease agreements.
• Manage buildings and premises related to the operations.
• Monitor and follow up existing contracts and ensure compliance.
• Provide advice on land and development-related issues.
• Drive and coordinate projects within the unit's area of responsibility.

• Degree as a university-educated surveyor, land management engineer, or civil engineer with relevant specialization, or other education deemed equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a land manager or equivalent.
• Solid experience in land management and knowledge of relevant laws, such as the Land Code, Planning and Building Act, Property Formation Act, Construction Act, and the Public Procurement Act.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working with various professional groups.

• Experience in negotiating and establishing agreements related to leases and/or the purchase and sale of land.
• Experience in managing buildings and/or premises.
